Due to the current climate and uncertainty surrounding the COVID-19 situation we understand you may have cancelled or postponed your travel plans to Miami. In other unfortunate situations we may have no choice but to cease operations.
The safety of you, your family, our staff and the general public is extremely importance to us.
We're closely monitoring official guidance from Miami-Dade County officials, local government, health authorities and the CDC regarding the current outbreak of the novel coronavirus known as COVID-19.
Normally all reservation deposits are non refundable or transferable as mentioned both prior to placing the reservation as well as after as stated on the confirmation.
Due to the unprecedented special circumstances caused by COVID-19 we may be forced to stop providing a service due to state or local orders, in other circumstances you may cancel your travel plans.
In the case we are forced to cancel a package due to a government order, you have voluntarily canceled travel plans to Miami or a flight cancelation a refund will not be issued however Guests will be given the opportunity to transfer their deposit to be used at a later date. The transfer of the deposit will be issued wether or not the customer lives in the state of Florida. Refund requests will not be granted under any circumstance. Only the deposit portion could be transferred and the deposit cannot be used to pay the package balance due.
Rest assured although we do not issue refunds for the deposit, the balance due for the package you reserved for will not never be charged to your card as transactions are solely initiated by the cardholder.
This credit has no expiration date and can even be used with friends and family. .
